    Morning all, Poked around the forums but couldn't get specific enough to work this out. 1988 Three Buoys 43' houseboat, AQ151c Volvo Penta. Upper helm control panel wiring has corroded away leaving hanging wires. Lower helm works ok just cannot get 12v to coil and I'm sure it involves the upper...
