    Mercury 115 Bottom Carb Choke Retrofit

    My newly acquired 79 Merc 115 My newly acquired 79 Merc 115 L6 (3 carbs) is HARD to start. The bottom carb has no choke plate...is it possible to add one? Does Merc or other source offer an aftermarket kit to do that? Will that help my cold starting problems?
