    Bolt in bilge

    Hi, i own a 96 Maxum 19'sr with a 4.3 lx gen plus stern drive. I am the original owner. While changing oil I found this bolt in the bilge, should I be worried? Everything seems fine, I started it an ran it for 20 min. 12 years ago the entire out drive was replaced.
