    115 Johnson has limited power but idles great.

    My 1996 115 Johnson starts and idles fine. But when i get it out on the water i have almost no power. Boat ran great one day then took it out the following day and had this issue. When home and replaced spark plugs and sprayed some cleaner in the carbs. Still did not fix the issue. Any ideas...
