    I have a 2007 25hp 4 stroke. It idles ok I can give it trottle on ear muffs runs good. take it to the water ru s good until t am almost wide open than starts cooking up until it dies Restarts fine just wont run until i have restarted a few times than kind of clear itself up and idles good...

    I have a 2008 mercury 4 stroke efi. My fuel regulator vacum line was plugged into regulator but other end was just laying on bottom of cowl. I see no where that I could connect it. Does it connect to anything ?
