    2004 90HP Electrical? Problem

    My 2004 90 HP will run fine and then lose high RPM. Sometimes it will surge. I have replaced the Voltage Regulator, Starter Solenoid and Stator. Ran well for one trip, now it will not rev over 4000 RPMs. Any ideas?
