    1999 225hp Mercury Optimax Question

    Anyone know what the small bla Anyone know what the small black hose/tube is for that comes up out of the lower unit. It comes up out of the lower unit about 10" and is dangling loose. The end is sealed with a barbed plug fitting. Thanks in advance for any help.
