    1996 135hp mariner hole shot motor stalls out

    i had the boat in the shop 2 y i had the boat in the shop 2 years ago replace fuel filter spark plugs one was fouled out tried the same thing last year didn't work the only way i could get the boat up on plane tilt the motor up out of the hole ran fine once on plane.
