    I have a 1996 Johnson 9.9 4 st I have a 1996 Johnson 9.9 4 stroke on a sailboat I just purchased. It starts and runs fine for 8-9 minutes and then shuts down--cools off--restarts and runs 8-9 minutes. The water stream from the engine is strong but feels too cool. Just before the engine shuts...
