    Hi I have a mariner 9.9 0Do16924 it doesn’t seem to have a sheer pin we have just got it a they his sand bank and prop is turning by hand I have striped down but no sheer pin. The shaft is moving when I spin it by hand but not when engine in gear I am lost with what issue is.
