    Shiming new gears. 40TLEOD 1995 Evinrude. how to shim new gears I have a repair manual but it does not say any thing about shiming. in marineengine exploded view it show 5 different shims. How do i find witch shim to use if any. I went to a dealer they will not do the job they want to do...
