    So of course it stopped working again so next step is replacing the fuse. Would anyone know off hand what type of fuse belongs in the red port so I don't have to make 2 trips?

    So oddly it ended up being the red wire, when we took it apart and reconnected it to the fuse it started working again so maybe it just shook loose somehow. You probably know better than me. Really appreciate the help on all of this!

    Thanks for the tip. Any chance then of it getting stuck in the up position? Just wondering if I should wait until the end of the season to try it so I don't screw up my ability to go out on the lake this weekend.
