    Fuel too rich? Black sparkplugs 2004 Johnson 50HP 4 stroke

    Engine was running great and last time out ran rough in idle and slow speeds. High speed runs OK. Eventually plugs get too fouled to run. Dumped in some Sea Foam, replaced plugs with 2 numbers hotter, replaced injectors with new. Still having same problem. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks
