    2006 mercury outboard 60hp EFI. Fuse blows every time I try to start motor.

    When I try to start motor, it instantly blows a 20amp fuse on the ignition. I disconnected all accessories from the battery and have checked all ignition wires and grounds on motor. I've replaced starter relay. When I jump over the relay with power to starter it turns over fine. Does...
