    Voltage meter question 2008 50hp

    I have a 08 Yamaha 4 stroke 50.... I turn the key to the "on" position. ( motor not running ) the voltmeter is only reading 10-11. the batteries are good they are both charged (full). what could be causing the voltmeter to read low? I know it is hard to determin w/o looking at the boat but I...
