    Ok, marineengine is not sending the manual to Berlin, Germaniy. "Unfortunately we are not able to sell to international customers or ship products outside the US. I’m sorry we are not able to help."

    Hi, I can't find any information for my outborder 25hp. The serial number is 9691512. It says it is build in Belgium. How to find a repair book for this engine? It ran just fine untill two days ago. Now it doesn't start anymore. I didn't see a spark on the plugs. Also the carburetor/fule system...
