    2000 150 ficht no start

    was running full throttle 4900 rpm, engine dies , no warning ,will not restart. kill lanyard was pulled off(found on deck when motor died, reinstalled), but not sure if it engaged. turn key on, warning horn chirps, all four lights come on then turn off, then check engine,hot engine and low oil...
