    Oil from filter did not drain out.

    After removing the oil on my 2020 Yamaha 150, I removed the oil filter which did not drain out and down to the pan and thus spilled out. I also noticed that the oil was still present in the center line which pumps the oil into the filter. Is there a reason this oil will not drain out. All...
