    The hub was a problem, the splines were completely gone. Reverse locks the shaft as it should but forward does not. When I say there's a "ting" a good analogy is playing cards on the spokes of a bike but tinging. As I said I'm going to chk the cable by taking it off and trying to shift it by hand.

    It ran fine last season in fact ran fine 2 weeks ago. This is sudden so needed somewhere to start. Idles fine and using throttle without gears ramps up fine. I'm pretty sure it's none of the other bc it will ramp up out of gear
