    Johnson 40 HP not idling

    I have a 1990 Johnson 40 HP not wanting to idle and runs at only low speed, half to full throttle no power doesn't bog or die just stays at low speed rebuild carbs replaced fuel lines including bulb and new manual fuel pump still having issues,will rev up with choke pushed in any information...
