    Low compression on one bank of 200efi

    Has a mechanic check my motor, it would run but not idle. He did a compression test and the left side was 100,100,100 but right bank was 75,90,75. He says that bank was oil starved and motor needs a rebuild. How do I determine if he is right. He has not pulled the head, just says motor was oil...
