    What do you use to push gear oil into the lower unit.

    Changing the lower unit oil in a 9.9hp I just bought. I understand that the new oil should be pushed into the chanber from the drain plug and allowed to flow out the top plug. What's an easy DIY set-up to do this. Anyone make a small pressure vessel to do this.

    How to Confirm 9.9 was "Converted" to 15hp.

    How does one confirm that a 9.9hp 2-stroke was "converted" to a 15hp. I'll be looking at a used one tomorrow. The owner believes the carberator was replaced with a 15hp. Does exhaust need to be changed as well? I don't know what year it is, but photo is below.
