    88 johnson 70 hr outboard won't plane

    First post guys! Lots of help out there and I need some. I've reads lots of threads on here and they all help. I have a 1988 70hr power johnson that isn't running right. It revs but won't plane out. It hit 6000 rpm's, it hesitate off the bottom before it hits 6000 grand and try's to get on...
