    Year and Model of Mariner 2-stroke Outboard Motor

    I've recently bought a second hand motor. It's 8hp, 2-stroke, and there's no sticker. I've found two serial numbers: On the engine ------------- 876 8472 C3 Back of the leg -------------- 2 XK 2B 3402 8830 C2 Any help identifying the model and year would be much appreciated.
