    Boat will crank, but won't start

    We have a 2001 Chaparral. The boat sat for three years without use. The gas tank was emptied, but no additional winterizing took place. The boat basically was ignored and not tended to at all during that time. All basic steps have been taken...new spark plugs, new air filter and oil filter...
