    I suppose that could be it. Something has to be missing i guess if parts arent touching

    I have had this boat about a year. Last season it was running well but when I got it I was told it isn't shifting. It is in fact stuck in Forward. However the neutral switch does work and allows me to start the motor. I removed the lower unit. And upon inspection and trying a few things, it...
