    2000 Johnson outboard won't run at high speed for an extended time

    Idles grerat, runs at low speed fine, when I hit high speeds, it run for a short time 2-3 minutes, then sputters and i bring it down to idle and its fine. if I shut the engine off and leave it set for for 5-10, start it up, the issue repeats.
