    fuel consumption problem

    Have a 140hp 4st Johnson 2004 model that is not using fuel. part of a twin rig where one engine is using 15L/hr and this one is using about 5L/hr. any ideas. I have new external filters and fittings plus new tanks. have swapped fuel supply to engines and same result.
