    85 hp evinrude late 60 early 70 model

    "have a 85hp evinrude o/b w/ti "have a 85hp evinrude o/b w/tilt etc.... battery dead & i need to tilt the engine up to move it.... can i do manually & if there a lock or release that needs to be moved?.... thx p.s. my 1st time here so i'm not sure how i receive a reply.... if possible pls...
