    Remove 280 transom help ..?

    Hi guys /gals ,I am in the middle of removing a transom shield from a 27 ft aquastar it's hooked up to a aq 40 ad. 165 hp 6 cylinder Volvo ,by the way I am on the west coast of Ireland ,not much techy help around here . Do I have to move the engine to do this and if so how much? Thanks in advance
