    Thank You for your response yesterday . I wrote a reply but didn't send it correctly back to you . I will check that spark jumping test ' and see if that's the problem . I appreciate you giving your time to help solve this mystery.

    This is a 30 H.P Johnson out board model # J30ELECS . i RECENTLY TOOK THE CARB OFF & THOROUGHLY cleaned it . All jet & needle value completely clean & functioning . Still running the same .
