    2009 Mercury 115 hp 4 stroke alarm while driving.

    While operating the boat the alarm comes on steady for 5 seconds and goes off. After shutting down the engine it will not start. Acts like the battery is weak. I've replaced the impeller and checked oil level. Alarm still comes on. Any ideas?
