    Fuel pump issue with '97 4.3l mercruiser

    Hey, I have a 97 merc 4.3l; and the fuel pump stopped working. The manual I have says it is feed off from the starter cylanoid, but I am only getting 9v off that. has anyone run into this situtation before? thanks,
