    "I recently purchased a boat w "I recently purchased a boat with an 1988 4 cyl OMC 3.0 litre GM engine. The engine overheats when allowed to idle. If you rev the engine up to above mid throttle the temp drops to where it should be quite quickly and stays there until revs are dropped back down...
