    1975 Johnson 70 hp 3 cylinder... modle 70ESL75B

    My starter attempts to engage the flywheel on top of motor//then seems to lock up. I am only able to turn the fly-wheel about a 1/4 of a turn with my hands ? was out on lake last yesterday, going about 10mph when suddenly motor stopped..and would not start? Ideas?
