    1998 Mariner Opti Max 135HP Power lift

    Unable to lift motor either by Unable to lift motor either by switch on side of motor or from toggle switch on throttle. Batteries are fully charged and motor started right up after being laid up for 2 month in Florida. Any sugestions?
