    "runs fine on flat water. pull "runs fine on flat water. pulling kids on tube in moderately rough water intermittantly would shift out of gear. usually when under strain. I'm thinking clutch problem. lower unit seals seem good, no water in the oil.Any ideas on a fix and approx. cost to have it...
