    67 80hp electromatic shifting issues

    searching many forums I discovered a few diagnostic tests. with shift lever in forward I see 12v at the green wire connector in the rear of the engine. with shift lever in reverse I see 12v at the blue wire connector in the rear of the engine. i May have the colors reversed?? i see 4 ohms on...

    1967 80 v4 missing component

    Two male compression joint pipes exist between the heads. The top One has an aluminum pipe that leads back to the carburetor. the second lower one is open. What is the purpose of the lower one? It appears to be a crank case ventilation. Does it need a cover or filter?
