    Volvo Penta 5.0GL Power improves when under electrical load

    I have a 2002 Regal with a 5.0 Volvo GL PEFS, I recently replaced, coil, plugs, wires, dist cap and rotor. Boat at times runs well, then all of a sudden it boggs down, when i put a load on the electrical system like hit the trim tabs, lights etc.... the engine smooths out.
