    Dead cylinder on 83 Johnson 140, other 3 105-110 psi

    Hi all. Recently acquired an 83 CM Diplomat with an 83 Johnson 140. Checking compression, the upper right cylinder has 0, while the other 3 are between 105-110 psi. Boat has been dormant for years. I plan on pulling the head to see what it looks like. Just curious what I could be in for, and how...
