    can anyone help to identify This engine?

    I bought this off a guy today for $200. It is missing the carb and possibly something else. It looks like there is a black flange to the right of the spark plug holes that is missing somthing? There is also 2 blue wires that look like they connect to whatever is missing. I am trying to find...
