    NS5B Gear Case Oil Plug (5hp)

    I removed upper/lower oil plugs and did not see a gasket,however oil was clear when drained. The parts catalogue shows a gasket on U/L oil plugs. Question: Will an "O" ring serve as a proper gasket? Many thanks for any info.

    Nissan NS5B Storage (2 stroke)

    Is it OK to turn the fuel valve to "off" than run the OB till it runs out of fuel before storage or is there a better way to drain the fuel line and carb? Thanks for any info.
