    Steering Handle Problem.

    I was given a 25 HP Johnson motor Model J25RSSE and The steering handle is in the up position and I cannot get it to go down. I have tried everything I know to do and I cannot find a socket to fit the bolt to remove it to take the handle off. If anyone can help me it will be appreciated. Thanks...
