    86 omc overheating at low speeds. ive checked everything per boat mechanic

    Its and 86 searay with a 4.3 and omc cobra only been in fresh water. Heres the probelm, it overheats at low speeds gets to 200+ inless revved to 1600+ rpm. Heres what ive done.
