    1998 Evinrude 15hp 4-stroke outboard - no spark - likely ignition coil ??

    Basically, I'm not getting spark and the ignition coil seems to be the likely culprit. I'm finding only a replacement kit for ignition coil #584451, and not the original OEM coil. Is there anyone with any experience with this change-over and the results ? Jack
