    i have a 1996 150 hp evenrude it ran fine the first two outings then the fuel pump went out.it has been converted to premix so i put a new fuel pump 7 psi well it floodeed the motor put a rwegulator on it still flooded engine even pumpin bulb flooded the engine hard to believe all 6 carbs...
