    1995 mercury mariner leaking gas after rebuilt carb and not pumping water

    I recently purchased a boat with a 1995 mercury mariner engine it’s a 40hp I rebuilt the carbs and now it runs great but when you hit the prime button it begins dripping gas from the bottom of the carb off the throttle linkage any ideas where it would be coming from? My other issue is with muffs...
