    evinrude 9.5hp 1968 believe leaking gear oil

    took my old motor out for a spin today after 7 years it sat. i drained the oil from the foot then filled it back up and after going for ride it looks like a white cloudy oil comming out of the drain hole just above the foot? any ideas and also gas keeps comming out of the carb for some reason...
