    I can pull the knob out but when I do the choke will stay closed and not open up

    I have a 2002 Johnson 25hp outboard motor 2 stroke. When I pull the choke out the choke won’t come out all the way it’s stuck in the one position. Am wondering what to do with the choke. Will post pictures if needed. Thanks
