    2010 etec 150hp solenoid?

    My issue is when I turn the key starter motor spins but does not pop up to engage fly wheel. Same thing happens when I jump the solenoid. However, I am able to jump the starter while on the motor with a jumper pack and starter engages and motor starts. Is the solenoid my problem?
